Since its origins in Thailand in 2011, the Group has built a controlled and transparent operating model in a sector often characterised by complexity and limited transparency. Singapore functions as the international coordination and trading hub, while the Netherlands plays a strategic role in relations with European stakeholders and financial institutions. Laos forms part of our growing regional presence.
Precious Metals & Refining
Our core activities lie in the responsible sourcing, refining and trading of precious metals and minerals. Thailand serves as the primary production base, where gold is refined to the proprietary Averean Hallmark (999.9 fine gold purity). Through central refining and internal batch registration, we maintain a complete audit trail from origin to end product.
We work exclusively with serious and professionally oriented counterparties that meet strict standards of compliance, integrity and transaction capability. Selectivity, discretion, trust and professional execution form the foundation of our partnerships.
Sustainable Mining
Mining represents a selective, long-term investment focus for Averean. We evaluate and participate in mining projects with a clear emphasis on environmental protection, community engagement and sustainable value creation. Our activities are concentrated in Southeast Asia, where we aim to build lasting operational capability alongside trusted local and international partners.
Project Development & Investments
In addition to our core activities in precious metals and minerals, we independently develop selected projects in sustainable agriculture, climate-resilient food production, real estate and related infrastructure. These activities support long-term value creation in the regions where we operate.
